I'm still doing Inktober - they're being posted regularly on instagram - but I had a really bad mental health episode Saturday night and I've been trying to recover from that so I've not been up for going through all the rigmarole of posting them here. My first therapy appointment is tomorrow; not a moment too soon, I guess!
Mom and I binged Channel Zero: Candle Cove and started on No-End House today; The lead's main trauma seems to be the death of her father and tbh that's a bit too real for me so we've only watched the first episode. We also watched Chernobyl Diaries yesterday which was a serviceable horror movie with a really dumb ending and rewatched Lights Out which....EH.
This is Us, Law & Order: SVU and Will & Grace are all back so I have a show Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. I'm honestly not used to being interested in that many airing shows. XD
EDIT: And it is now Tuesday! I got back from my therapy appointment and while it was an evaluation, I've pinged for all three types of anxiety, suffer from every depression symptom he asked about EXCEPT suicide, and of course have some pretty intense anger issues. However my doctor was impressed with how I cope (and have been coping for like, years) in the sense of communicating with people that I'm experiencing severe anger, as well as managing to get out of bed and take care of everything I need to take care of as an adult while having stayed up all night crying/panicking about things; he's also very glad I've made my way to a therapist, haha. I'm set up for weekly sessions ans he's not going to prescribe any kind of medication until we can decide if that's something I actually need.
Anyway, I think we're probably going to catch up on the next two episodes of No-End House and Kiddo might be coming over today, which is really freaking awesome. ♥
