I'M WRITING/ILLUSTRATING A GRAPHIC NOVEL

And it's for school! We have this thing called experimental learning endeavors and they're suppose to be things that help us learn...stuff, I don't even understand it really, but there's things like volunteering or tutoring, stuff like that. We have to do three of these things (and they need to add up to 30 hours of work) before we graduate.

Well, I couldn't think of anything so I basically proposed creating a graphic novel. Storyline, character design, storyboarding, everything. I was very vague about the plot, basically saying I wanted to write a coming-of-age story since that's a universal concept that everyone can relate to. So I fill out the form, my advisor looked it over, and we emailed it to the people in charge. And they accepted this proposal. They've turned down so many proposals and they accept this one.

So that's what I'm going to be doing over the summer. And I'm actually going to have physical copies printed and maybe sold? I don't even know. But it's exciting. I'm excited. Nervous, but excited. ;;;;
