Three things + a silly kitty
I had my exit interview yesterday and it went well; I get along super well with the HR person at my company. She told me to keep her number and should I be in her area, we can do lunch. I thought that was pretty great. :)
I've interviewed at two different places and have been asked by both to come back for a second interview, so that's exciting. :) One has better pay and benefits, the other is work I care more about doing. So we'll see how they go!
Therapy went really well today! I'd done some soul searching this week, because We'd talked last week about giving and receiving criticism and how I find it very difficult to do either. But that also asking for what I want, or asking for someone to change their behavior in any kind of way, feels like a criticism about them as a human being. So I don't do that! But when someone else asks that of me, I also take it as a harsh criticism against my person! Anyways, it all boils down to familial problems, as most things do. Knowing and Acknowledging that I'm like this is a hard pill to swallow, ngl, but I gotta be able to to so that I can get to work on fixing it. :\
