I kind of want to create a new tumblr that's only my own content with no reblogs or anything like that. And then I wonder why I want to have anything to do with tumblr at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I found some Ignis/Noctis smut in one of my many abandoned notebooks that is definitely salvageable. I'm actually kind of proud of it so far! The prompt was "body worship" and that's probably one of my favorite kinks. ;3;

I watched the first episode of Sengoku Night Blood and was pretty underwhelmed! I also watched the first episode of Code: Realize and it was a little bit more interesting. I think I'm only capable of watching and loving one series per season and then judging all others to that one, and this season it's freaking ANCIENT MAGUS BRIDE aaaaahhhh.

These days I stick to the information side of Tumblr (news, latest episodes, stuff like that). Great fandom meta posts exist, but wow, the amount of less-than-good (sometimes irritating) stuff I have to wade through.

Yeah, tumblr's an annoying mess, haha. But I'd love to post, like, episode reviews, fanart, stuff like that. I think it's mostly that I want to reconnect with fandom but not actually. Interact with it? I don't know, hahaha.

And as I think this over, I think what I really want is a blog that functions as a website. I would create a wordpress one but tbh the those feel very confined now, I guess?

Yes to not interacting with fandom. I want to know about the latest happenings and metas but not directly engage with anyone.

A wordpress-based site isn't a popular choice for interacting with visitors, if interacting is what you mean by confined. I had one of those sites, before my host went bankrupt, and probably would use one again, since my website is mainly for showcasing my works.

I do have friends on tumblr that I want to talk to (a few, anyway!) and I would like to be able to talk with them about stuff. But yeah, that's what I meant my confined; wordpress feels kind of static, like you're alone on an island. But tumblr feels like you're being crushed by everyone, haha. DW is the happy medium, I guess, but I'm still probably going to a new tumblr.
