Now that Voltron's over I've finally decided to start watching, haha. I watched about five and a half?? episodes last night and UH, Shiro is a precious being who can do no wrong? Fight me.

Am also working on fanart, because of course I am, and it's shippy, because of course it is.

It's a bit of a chilly, gray day here; sipping coffee and drawing seems like a nice way to spend it. :3

Waiting for a series to finish is a pretty good approach, I think. It's nice to be able to do the whole thing in one go without having to wait for more. :)

Well, the fandom made this really unappetizing to watch (because I knew I wouldn't be able to help but dive into shipping!) but now that it's over and everyone is mad about it, I feel pretty comfy watching. XD

He's a mentally ill character (and gets in the way of the Super Popular Pairing) so he does in fandom. :( I recommend avoiding fandom unless you vet it first, s2s.

Canon-wise, he's wonderfully complex and portrayed sympathetically (until S8, but as you know, that's the Worst Season lol).

I was just kind of meh on Shiro until that episode when he was forced to rescue that one alien scientist who was just making him utterly lose every last ounce of his shit, and from then on i absolutely l o v e d him.

Shiro is easily the best thing in the entire show (lol I'm like, two seasons away from finishing it still), and Shiro/Keith hits way too many buttons for me-- in a good way.

The fandom seems pretty cray though.

He really is. Like, I love and respect and identify with my good boy Hunk, but Shiro is so great. And I'm 100% here for Shiro/Keith. ♥

Yeah, the fandom seems to be very high on the list of "worst fandoms" which sucks. :\

My wife is a big Voltron fan. She bought some nice fanart at the Con we went to a couple of months back.

Oooh, nice! Yeah, this fandom is pretty crazy but it's also big so there's plenty of stuff for it. :3
