Dec. 28th, 2018 05:02 pmSo I downloaded a new fitness app and did day 1, beginners last night. Friends. It kicked my ass. I'm so out of shape, it's pathetic. XD; But if I'm going to be partaking in all these strenuous, outdoorsy, Meetup things I've signed up for, I need to get into a bit better shape and have a bit more stamina. Gosh. ;;

lassarina for bringing the Shine app to my attention. It's a self-help and motivational app. I'm a big believer of encouragement and mantras and positive thinking, anything I can use to shake out the negative cobwebs of my mind. It was this article, 7 Ways to Release What Didn't Serve You in 2018, that really sealed the deal for me. What a good article.
Work was short today so I came home and started uncluttering my room. I'm being very vicious about what gets thrown away! No mercy! (the 7th way in the link above was to "clean your space" so haha, yess) I want to start 2019 with a fresh living space.
I don't know what tonight will be. I want to work on an arty thing and I also want to watch more Voltron. Fortunately those things can be done at the same time (although I do work better listening to music rather than watching a thing, but it's okay, it's okay).
