nansliceI updated my journal layout (nanslice) to a more summery looking one. Not that it's felt much like summer here, for which I'm very grateful. It's been in the high 60s/low 70s and that trend is going to continue throughout next week.
Tomorrow we're going to have a very small get together! Just the three of us that live her and one friend coming over. Gonna grill some hotdogs and drink a lot and play some DnD; we're going to be down one person in the regular party so we're going to be running a dream sequence of Orc Ball. It's going to be ridiculous and I can't wait. It'll be so good to see a new face hahfhdsjkfhads.
Tonight I imagine I'll be cuddling kitties and a doggo. There's been a few fireworks but nothing major; I guess everyone is saving them for tomorrow night. I like a good light show but they're so close here and the animals get so upset. It's not really worth the hassle or the trauma. ;3;
I'm so glad it's the weekend. I've felt so tired all week.
