A belated Christmas update: It went really well! This was my first time being somewhat in charge of a Christmas get together but it was a lot of fun. :3



I also made meat pies from the Elder Scrolls cookbook! I used venison instead of beef and basmati rice instead of short rice. I even made the dough; I've never done that before!



Sure, the pictures in the book are prettier but mine were still very tasty. :3

A friend is hosting the NYE party and I'm deciding what I want to make for that. Pineapple fried rice? Maybe. :\a

Anyways, that's really all for me. I hope everyone had a lovely holiday and/or weekend!

I don’t think I knew the Elder Scrolls cookbook existed, but now I want to get my hands on it - those pies look incredible! Glad you had a good holiday.
