Fall is definitely here

Happy Fall, everyone! ♥ I'm really not ready for the weather to change; the short days absolutely kill me. XD; But I can't deny fall is the prettiest season and it puts me in such a cozy mood. ;3; I made the first stew of the season on Friday! Beef and barley stew. First time making this and using this cut of meat (chuck steak) so it ended up being a bit chewy, but the veggies and broth were amazing. Nomf nomf. <3

Continuing to play Stardew Valley, which is the exact kind of coziness I've needed! I've spotted Krobus for the first time. <3

I've finally bought a ticket and will be visiting back home next weekend. Friday-Sunday, yes that's a short trip for what's five hours of flight time, not to mention the fucking airport bullshit. But I'm grateful to be able to go.


EDIT: I started this entry last week. I ended up not visiting back home this weekend because of Hurricane Helene. :\ It actually has been, and continues to be, an absolutely wonderful time spent with cypher. Which is frankly what I would rather be doing anyway. :P

Yesterday, we went down to Tacoma to pick up some supplies at the Warhammer store and W bought a book that seems extremely promising and gay; Yndrasta: The Celestial Spear. <3 I have her mini and it's easily the one I am most proud of so far. ;3;

This morning we went to a coffee shop and did a bit of writing. I've just started Space Marine 2 and I'm having feelings. Shippy feelings. I haven't written porn in a long time but damn it if I'm going get something written and posted today. I'm holding myself to this and because I've posted it here, now I really actually gotta do it. Because fanfiction is a hobby and it doesn't have to be perfect. Raaah! Let's fucking go!

Anyways, I hope y'all's weekend is going well! I'm going to be spending part of the day catching up on my reading page so if you get an influx of comments, it might just be me yapping. XD

Edit: I have completed a ~1k fic! It is even porn! With a beginning, middle, and end! Holding off on posting anywhere until tomorrow, I want to give myself time to check grammar and stuff. But I did it! I wrote fic! I'm so happy!

Happy fall to you as well! :) I do like the colder weather but I've noticed as I've gotten older it's harder to adjust to the temperature changes. As weird as that sounds.

I'm glad you are still playing SDV! I haven't been playing my switch as often but I know it's there for me when I want to.

I prefer colder weather too but the very short days we get up here absolutely kill me. ;o; I need sunlight! I'm basically a plant with more complicated emotions! XD

I have the key to the sewers so I'm going to finally meet Krobus maybe! And I've unlocked the quarry and Calico Island! Stardew Valley has been very good to me. ;3;

Not at all! I live in Seattle, WA. Winters are so difficult for me, with short days that are gray and drizzly. I just want to hibernate. ;o;
