My weekend and the beginning of this week have been fucking insane so I didn't have enough time (and uh, completely forgot) about posting the Gundam Wing rewatch. I thought about piggy backing the previous two episodes onto this week's rewatch, so four episodes would be discussed instead of just two. Let me know if y'all would prefer me just posting them separately!

I watched Jurassic World again! XD This time with my mom. We both agreed that it's our second favorite, coming behind the original in terms of awesome. I am pleased. I will not go see it a third time. Probably.

I missed Square Enix's E3 press conference so I'm watching it now. However, I am pretty legit excited about FINAL FANTASY 7 REMAKE AAAAAHHH. 7 certainly isn't my favorite FF (that's 8!) but I like it well enough. I remember when it originally came out, sitting and watching my niece place. She acted out all the dialogue with different voices to go with the different characters, and we named the characters after members of the family. It was fun. |D I've played it sense then, of course, and I'm reasonably familiar with the extended universe (and its convoluted and contradictory canon). I didn't think I'd be excited about this but the trailer started to play and the music started, I found myself fangirling a little bit. I'm hoping this will liven up Final Fantasy fandom a bit. WHERE MY SEPHIROTH/CLOUD SHIPPERS AT, HUH? (j/k I ship Zack/Cloud more lmao). ALSO GUYS CLOUD IS GOING TO BE SO PRETTY AT THE HONEY BEE INN. :D :D :D

FINALLY MORE INFORMATION ON THE LAST GUARDIAN. I want this game. I want this game sfm. I want that catdogbird thing and that little boy and their shenanigans together. I want it so much oh my god, give it to me now. I am legit terrible at puzzles and I'll probably be using a guide the whole time but idgaf, I want this game.

Horizon: Zero Dawn looks pretty interesting! I wasn't too impressed with the woman's constant inner thoughts being vocalized but I'm sure I'll get over it. The robotic animals. the landscape, everything was so beautiful, and I loved that the woman apologized after killing one of the robotic dinosaur things. I'm really hyped for this game.

No Man's Sky! DUDE. DUDE. What an amazing concept! I love how vast it's expected to be. Oh my god. I know it's both single player and multiplayer but I hope it's also co-op because this really looks like the type of game I'd want to experience with friends (guys, what I'm saying is while this doesn't have a release date yet, I want to play with all y'all).

The concept art for Project Setsuna was quite beautiful and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it. :3

I am hoping! Type-0's fandom is pretty teeny but there's also prompts for type-0 over at areyougame that were posted by someone other than me! So that's exciting. :3

I am totally okay with doubling up on episodes this week. I had something that I would have said about last week's episodes, but then I realized it might run into spoilers for this week's episodes, so that would work out okay for me.

Also, because I forgot to comment on the E3 stuff: It looks like I'll have to make another pass through PS4 games later this year to see what's out/coming out that I want in order to see if there's enough to make getting a PS4 worth it.

PS4 had ALL the best stuff showed for it this year. UGH NOW I NEED TO BUY ANOTHER NEW SYSTEM. D: I've been debating between the PS3 and 4 version of Persona 5 for a while, but now I think I will just use that game as a reason to buy the PS4 this fall/winter/whenever it gets released. SO EXCITING. And wallet hurting. 2016 and 2017 are going to be really awesome years for the system!

Yessss, I am so glad I ignored all the naysayers and went with a PS4 instead of an Xbox One. \o/! I'm going to have to just preorder the games I want at Gamestop and throw money at them when I have it, that way I can actually buy these games and not spend a ton of money all at once, hahaha. |D

I have been playing it (PSP ver though), and got into it also because of the academy setting hehe. But gotta say that FF8 did it with more fun so it's still my fav.

E3's convinced me to look into getting a ps4 when these things start getting release dates! I've been tempted for a while, but the lack of backwards compatibility would mean spending hundreds on something that would have ended up being a Bloodborne machine...

Not a huge FF7 fan (haven't actually finished it!) but man there's some dialogue in that game that'll be absolutely golden if it's dubbed properly (although I wonder if they're going to leave in all the wonky translation stuff, that has a certain charm to it).

Hahaha! Mine's pretty much a Type-0 machine, although I've really enjoyed The Last of Us as well (even though it's kind of difficult for me to play because it stresses me out, whoops!).

I'm interested in what all is going to be changed, tbh! But the director has confirmed Cloud in a dress so I am pretty pleased with that. :3

I swear, everyone was a Gamer on Thursday after the Squeenix announcement. Like- we were communicating at work in various pitches of "FF7!" Plus, one other thing I need to do a writeup on.

Actually, that's kind of a lie. I ship anything that's well-written, but left to my own devices, that tends to be what I look like. Or Aeris and Tifa. Or all four of them in a pile with strapons.
