It's a rainy day and I feel very restless. I started learning how to knit and I baked pumpkin bread but that doesn't feel like enough. Now I'm at work and ugh, I don't particularly care about doing any of this stuff either, hahaha. XD I think when I get home I'll work on a painting. What kind of painting, idk.

Because I've been focusing so much on my own work, I've kind of falling out of fandom lately. It's not that I don't like fandom - I'm still reading fic and commenting on things - I just don't really have time for both at the moment.

Speaking of which, I'll be participating in NaNo this year! I have a classmate who participates every year (and gosh, this is such a dumb story, we actually got together a long time ago for a write-in but neither of us realized it until we actually started talking about NaNo) and idk, peer pressure or something. Just kidding, I was planning on participating, but it's nice having someone else struggling with school to also be doing this thing too. ;;; So if any of y'all are planning on DOING THIS TO YOURSELF AH GOD, be my writing buddy. :D

I... haven't decided if I'm going to try NaNo this year. :P I did it for ten years straight and then completely fell off the wagon. But good luck to you! I hope you will tell us all about it here on DW so I can cheer you on.

Yeah, I skipped a couple of years, myself. I've only "won" twice but it's still a fun thing to do if I remind myself that it's not the end of the world if I don't make it, hahaha.

Thanks! I've been on Etsy a lot lately (getting ready for Christmas shopping..yay?) and was thinking "Man, I wish I knew how to do more things." And realized that the only thing stopping me from learning is me. SO. Time to do all the things!
