Shouldn't have gone to my local art store/comic shop. This was on prominent display and I am a weak person lmao.

We watched This is Us and everyone knew William was going to die, he had cancer, that was his storyline, ofc he was going to die, but that didn't stop me from crying four seconds in and then continue crying for the rest of the episode. I mentioned this on twitter but it's probably not the best idea for me to watch something like this when I'm still grieving for my dad but lol o well.

ANYWAY, I've also finally really started watching the second season of Daredevil and lol wow Elektra is super annoying??? At least the first few episodes, even in the flashbacks I'm like why are you so annoying, like??? Also really, really not digging Matt/Karen and the way she acts around him is pretty obnoxious (would you be standing so close and leaning in so close if you thought he could see it, this is creeping me out) which is unfortunate since I actually quite kinda like Karen. I guess the only straight ship for me is Matt/Claire, forever and ever amen. Speaking of Claire, Claaaaire my love.

ALSO the Punisher is a pretty tired storyline but Jon Bernthal is tearing it up, he's doing a great job making Frank Castle into a much more sympathetic character, way to go.

I dunno how to end this post so have a pic of Penelope hugging my arm, haha.

It is! I had three of the volumes but then this complete graphic novel showed up and I was like WELL OKAY GIMME. XD

I haven't watched the fourth season yet! I watch it with my mom so it's not something I can watch while in my studio. :( What did you think?

It reminded me strongly of season three - fanfic made into live action. It was weird, and kinda absurd, but I enjoyed myself anyway. Superb acting, and very cool character moments. Mrs Hudson had some of the best lines ever, and I finally fell completely in love with Mycroft.

The relationship dynamics between John, Sherlock and Mycroft were fascinating (especially in The Final Problem). I'm still kinda digesting everything, and when I have my thoughts in order I'm going to watch it again. *g*

Yeah, William going was a lot more devastating than I thought. I don't know if I'm going to be able to handle the episode where we finally find out what happened to Jack.

GOD it was so painful. I love Jack and his death is going to be a tough one to take but William's death just hit so close to home that I'm not sure Jack's will top it. ;3;

I think it depends on how Jack dies for me. I do like William more as a character in general so I'm more emotionally attached to him.

I too really enjoyed Jon Bernthal as the Punisher in S2 Daredevil. Elektra, on the other hand, hardly left any impression at all. :b

He's doing such a good job! I really like him, he just seems like a good guy in interviews and stuff. XD

She's very much that spoiled obnoxious rich kid and yeah, sure, backstory but still.
