Friday, Selphie and I took a nice 1.6 mile walk around the neighborhood. She got to wear her brand new harness and it was QUITE chilly. Definitely a good walk tho, we both needed it. I use an app (Map My Walk) that track changes in elevation and stuff to see what my calorie count actually looks like. I don't particularly care so much about calorie counting but I do care about getting longer and longer walks and this is a really nice app for it. There's a person on the Seattle subreddit that does 14-40 mile urban hikes every Saturday and I'm legit in awe of them. I doubt I'll ever get to quite that level but maybe doing a 5 mile walk would be pretty neat. :3

cypher and I faced the snow and went for pho as a lunch date. It was really nice! The place we went to had really soft holiday music playing and was brightly lit and had plants everywhere. It was just a really nice atmosphere. And I mean, what's better on a cold day than hot, brothy soup? I could absolutely go for some right this instant lmao.
Today has been an intensely chill day. I woke up with a migraine and applied food, water, caffeine, and pain pills to it before going back to bed. I woke up back up at noon and proceeded to do little to nothing for the entire day. Woo! Oh, I managed to get the Christmas tree up! None of the ornaments are on but the tree itself is up!
Tomorrow, lots things need to happen. Including something that I don't want to mention just yet, just in case it falls through (please don't please don't please don't) but also: cleaning up the house, getting ornaments on the tree, possibly taking a little dog out to a park somewhere. We'll see!
