I'm watching After Earth and these are some of the most lifeless performances I've ever seen. Will Smith is pulling the asshole dad routine and I DON'T CARE FOR IT AT ALL.

I started a new game in FFXII, which might have been a mistake considering what a time sink that game is, haha. I really love the world of Ivalice and Vaan and Penelo don't bother nearly as much as they apparently bother other people. In fact I feel something of a kinship with Vaan; he doesn't know what the hell is going on and neither do I.

I meant to write today but instead I watched trashed tv and slept. WAY TO GO ME. I have a nice new notebook with nice new paper that's just itching to have words on it.

We really should. And we should have writing sprints and stuff to encourage each other to write. ;3;

All I know about that movie was that it frustrated the Honest Trailer guy to the point that he couldn't finish the review. Also Will Smith says "TAKE A KNEE!" a lot. I'll probably give it a pass, to be honest.

I still haven't played FFXII. There's no real way to make it less time consuming, is there? ^^;

It's really just terrible. I was only watching it because I wanted background noise but I ended up turning it off and watching stupid youtube videos instead. XD;

Uhm, I guess if you play just the plot and don't do all the hunts and gather up the Espers, you can cut down on time. But I really like the hunts soooo, hahaha.

True lol, and isn't it about 20 hours at least before you really into roaming around or something? But the Ivalice setting is dreamy and I totally get wanting to replay it. I've clocked up ridiculous hours on level-grinding and enjoying the scenery.

I've already done a fair bit of exploring in the Estersands, although I came close to dying a couple of times due to being underleveled and being a single character party, hahaha.

XII isn't nearly as bad as XIII when it comes to being on a linear path, although I quite like XIII anyway. Even though the plot was pretty incomprehensible. |D

Oh then you've already gotten through the sewers and picked up Basch, right? But why do you only have 1 character atm? (it's been too long since I played)

Oh no, I've only just done the first hunt and then decided to continue on in the desert with just Vaan, hahaha. I'm about to crash the party at the palace but first I'll have to go to lowtown and the Giza Plains.
