Oct. 4th, 2022 09:59 amSo the last time I posted, I had some unnamed illness. It took me out of work for about five days or so and I still don't know what it was.
But on Saturday, I tested positive for Covid. /o\ Before realizing I had it, I went to work (not feeling well but we'd already had one callout) to open the store. But when the actual store lead (the new guy that I hate) came in, he demanded to know who was working on the pallet and I said no one and he said why not and I was like "Well I'm not because I'm sick and I'm going home" and this motherfucker rolls his eyes. So I go home and fuss around and then later on in the day I'm like,,,,I better test, and I did, and it's Covid.
Who's rolling their eyes now, asshole?
So anyways, I'm now quarantining for five days. Feeling pretty awful and hoping my symptoms fuck off by Thursday because I have tickets to a Brew at the Zoo event and I would really like to go. ;o; I'd asked for the day off but if I hadn't, I'd be going to work that day so. We'll see. Lads, it's rough having a job dealing with the fucking public lmao.
I'm doing Kinktober this year in hopes that it'll make me more comfortable posting things that aren't completely polished and "complete". It's going okay! I still need to do yesterday's because it's group sex and drawing a group of people is hard lmao no pun intended.
Related! Tumblr's big announcement over community labels is awesome but they're still not allowing explicit sex, which I found out when I tried to post my first kinktober piece and they were like "absolutely not, there's a giant dick right in the middle of this piece." Which...there was! But I used the mature+sexual content community labels! :( So! If you are at all interested in kinktober stuff, I'm posting them on twitter. Obviously NSFW and obviously not cool, I don't even like twitter very much, it gives me anxiety. But it's an easy place to post things and alas, I really like ease of things.
I started this post yesterday and it is now today. This morning is a beautiful fall morning in the PNW, gray and kind of wet and just lovely. Last week the forecast called for 80s this week but they've all dropped to the 70s, which is much preferable. It's fall! Please let things be cool and spooky, thank you!
I also changed my layout to better serve the season! It makes me happy. :3
