Stella, our old lady pittie, has not been doing well at all. ( Cut for upsetting info, talk of illness, potential end of life )
While that's happening, my mom had to go back to the ER! ( Once again, upsetting info, talk of illness, potential end of life )
So yeah, that's what's been going on in my life. However, on Thursday night, Will and I went to see the Old Gods of Appalachia live show which had special guests CECIL BALDWIN and YURI LOWENTHAL. It was such a good time, guys. So good. <3 This is a photo that I believe Cecil took from the stage and the end of the show. You can totally see Will and me in it!
Truly a highlight in these dark times. ;3;
I also went on a little bit of a spending spree on some of my facebook plant communities. Cuttings and small babies for $5, sign me up! I got, uh, so many plants that I've created a little spreadsheet for care requirements because so many of them have special needs. But I got some called Dancing Bones and Firesticks and Pine Cone Cactus and just. A lot of weird little guys. <3
Also, I brought Will with me to work one day because we both were just having a time and I do what I Want, and look what we found.
SO EXCITING. The guy who worked there was really nice and welcoming and had a Pride sticker on his name tag so we were both like, yes, good, a safe place (because you know, Warhammer has historically been....a not great fanbase).
ALSO: Holy shit, the internet is melting??? Reddit fucking up so badly, AO3 being run by apparent ghouls, Twitter still being garbage...somehow Tumblr and DW are the two winners. It's crazy.![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
omens had suggested a Squidge account for NSFW art and I have one now; no one here really knows my fandoms but this might be where I end up just posting everything. ;;;
Anyways. Things have been heavy but there have been good things to keep me from being too despairing.
