I just got confirmation that my boss is going out of town with her horse! Which means no surprises of her bebopping in here and seeing me play around on the internet! XD

For those of you who follow me on tumblr but don't care so much about gay Jedi or superheroes, I've made a new one; digitalhisteria. Mostly random stuff I think is funny, original art that I think is nice, stuff like that. yaynan will always be my tumblr home but I know there were people following me just because I'm me, not because they actually like the content of my blog. Maybe now there will be more things that interest them on the new one, haha.

I spent most of yesterday working on a creepy QuiObiAni piece and I was almost done, but then I got together with

imperion and she started talking about Fire Emblem Fates and I remembered that I bought Conquest so I started playing that. XD Okay so I really like the kingdom of Hoshido and in the first few chapters, I thought that was the kingdom you side with in Conquest but I was wrong. ;;;; I'm playing a cute little dude (I kept the name Corrin because that's cute enough) because I want to romance Niles. However my dude already has B support with Felicia (who's really adorable and I like her a lot) so I'm going to have to separate them, hahaha.

I'm playing on the easiest settings and have it set so that my characters come back to life immediately after they die (and after the enemy turn is over) but even still, this is definitely harder than Awakening. I wish there were random battles (although I knew ahead of time that there wouldn't be) so that I could work on supports but eh, oh well. I also don't like the characters as much as Awakening, although that could be because I was bummed out about being on Nohr's side, haha.

As far as shipping goes, I kind of ship everyone with my player character, lmao. Particularly the eldest brothers on either side (Xander and Ryoma). What? Don't give me that look. Everyone in this game has a goddamn brother complex over my player character, except Takumi, who was a jackass but he was also RIGHT. I DID BETRAY THEM. FUCK. I quite like Kaze/Corrin too. XD But we'll see how it goes from here on.

While both the gameplay and the characters are kind of eeehhh when compared to Awakening, the story so far is much more compelling. I hated making the choice of who to side with (even though it wasn't really a choice since I only have Conquest, lmao).

Anyway, I need to get a picture of my player character because he's cute AS FUCK. This little skinny pretty boy with dumb hair. He's precious. His voice is much too deep for him (there were only three options and they were all deep! MY GUY DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A DEEP VOICE KIND OF GUY OKAY).

In other news, I put my plurk on hiatus. Through no fault of anyone except my own headbees, I feel lonely when I use that site. Plus, I complain so much. I understand that it's normal to complain but I feel like plurk helps me wallow in shit and that's not good or healthy. So a hiatus. I don't know for how long. I was pretty tempted to just delete but rethought it because what if I want to go back some day??? Plus that's the only way to keep in touch with a lot of people that I really like so. I don't know.
