nanslice | new job?

Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post! The interview seemed to go well; I've filled out an employee packet and am just waiting for the hiring manager to get back to me. He wants to fast track me into management, which? Okay. I mean, I've been an assistant manager before so. Sure.

Also, he okayed the week off in October. His opinion of time off is: "If you do me the courtesy of telling me at least two week in advance, I'll do you the courtesy of making sure you have it." So that's nice.

Idk, it starts at very part-time so I'll keep the job at sister's place for a while and kinda just go from there. At least it is something haha. |3

Also, speaking of sister's place, apparently when I go in on Tuesday I'd better be prepared because I need to fix their computer system/program they use. Apparently someone there (and there's only three employees, plus another groomer who has nothing to do with up front) has been scheduling appointments but not actually! Putting them on the books! So people just show up with their dogs and the business ends up overbooked! What a freaking nightmare. That place seems to have gone to hell since I left the first time around lmao.
