nansliceThis weekend ended up being amazing. On Saturday, W and I worked frantically on our assignments for Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, and then ended up chilling for the evening.
On Sunday, part of our FFXIV group worked on getting to floor 100 of Palace of the Dead (and I finally got the Hero of Gelmorra title!). I'd been there before but this time we didn't wipe, so yes! I'm hyped about that. I was playing as Gunbreaker and I'm getting better at it? Better enough that I'm super interested in nice glamours, anyway. XD Afterwards,lassarina had to leave the party and the rest of us played around in Eureka. It can be a frustrating area but we figured out the the challenge log is really the best way to level! We're going to finish that up tonight before the log rolls over for the new week.
Anyways, after that, we ordered Thai food and W and I watched M play more Xenogears (what a goddamn mess this game is! But I want to see how everything goes down!). We got to the cannibalism part and it was so funny omg. What a ridiculous game.
After that, we broke out the second bottle of plum wine and watched like three episodes of HunterxHunter. This is easily the most compelling shounen anime I've ever watched. What the hell.
I got too drunk (I'm a lightweight) and slept incredibly soundly. And I wasn't hungover this morning! Which is great, since I awoke to a message that my mom had to be taken to the emergency room. ;o; She's okay! Nothing Covid related at all! But gosh. That was stressful.
