Today was a comedy of errors.

I'm a merchandiser but part of my responsibilities is helping a particular local chain of grocery stores with their resets, where they have plans on where products should go and switch everything around. These start at 7am. I get up at 5:30am to get ready and, like, I'm not feeling great but I've been anxious lately so I kind of assume it's that. The weather has been terrible and there are downed trees in my neighborhood, so I call the guy in charge of the resets and tell him I'm going to be running late. nbd, right? As I'm driving I feel worse and worse, but I figure I'll gt there and feel better. I get to the parking garage and I can feel myself really, really need to vomit. So I grab a bag to puke in and I fucking miss. It goes down my front.

Now I'm in a big pickle because I already told Dave explicitly that I was running late but that I'd be there. I can't have another excuse, that sounds like I'm trying to get out of work. So I take my hoodie off, ball it up and throw it in the footwell and go upstairs and do this fucking reset. I even stuck around to do a couple of audits of the store before calling it a day, going home, requesting PTO for the rest of my hours, and then flop.

So that's been my day so far! I'm home and bundled up, watching dumb youtube videos. This is the best way to get better. ;3;

Supposedly we're getting some intense weather starting Thursday night (six inches of snow! over a two day period but still, that's intense) so W picked up some supplies just in case we get stuck at home. I'm really kind of hoping we get stuck at home. XD; Just so long as the power stays on!

I hope everyone else is having a good day!

EDIT: OH NO, I meant for my gross story to be under a cut, sorry about that everyone!
