Nov. 5th, 2017 11:30 amSUPER unhappy that family has come over today. I'm hiding in my room because I'm not in the mood to deal with them. And no one asked if they could come over! They just kind of announced that they would be! Why do people think this is okay?
Definitely discussed this with my therapist because I was Upset about it on Thursday and even he was like "wow that's pretty rude" so I know that while the amount of negativity I'm feeling about it is over the top, the fact that I'm feeling negativity at all is pretty valid. Which....good.
Edit: and then I went in the kitchen for something and my sister told my great-niece that she's needs to jump on me for a hug. Like, seriously? Not cool.
