writing buddies? writing buddies!

So I've mentioned it a bit recently but I'm determined to earn badges over at fan_flashworks. I've been determined to do this for about...two years now? And I haven't even gotten my own tag yet (which is three fics written for three consecutive prompts).

BUT MY TIME IS NOW. I work better when other people are writing with me towards the same goal so I am, haha, sending out feelers to anyone who would like to join me in collecting achievement badges for that comm! I really like the idea of achievement badges (yay, reward systems and collection!) and I like that it's one prompt at a time, so I don't get bombarded with multiple prompts and end up not writing anything (which is a problem I have with for bingo cards!).

SO yes. If anyone else would like to be my writing friend, that would be pretty great. \o/! And if you don't want to focus on fan_flashworks and would prefer a different prompt challenge, that's also cool! I just want to write with people who are also publishing things and having a good time with it, because seeing them succeed makes me want to succeed too. ;3;

ALSO we don't need to share fandoms or anything, we just need to share the struggle of meeting challenge deadlines hahaha.

I am probably not going to make anything for fan flashworks by tonight because whoops (maybe inspiration will strike on the way home? but um), but I'd love to start with the next one! And maybe add in the seasonofkink mini-challenges if it goes well? AMBITION STRUGGLE.

Haha, I understand! This is a little short notice for the current prompt. XD I'm looking forward to seeing what the next prompt is. The seasonofkink current mini-challenge is where you pick three kinks and write a single fic for them, right? I'll try and get something written for that. :D

I'm totally up for it :D I was so excited about writing enough to get my own tag, and then I got that and was like, yay, now I can concentrate on getting badges!!!... And then never did haaaa.

I feel like I should make my own list of the badges and have a long look at them to see which ones I feel like I can achieve, and which ones I should keep in mind that I'm actively working towards. I love the concept of it but I'm really bad at remembering.........

Oh cool! I feel like getting the tag is the hardest part because they have to be consecutive fics. You've gotten over the hump. I know there are badges for fics written in a row but...those are optional. XD

That's a good idea. I know there are badges for stuff like podcasts and vidding that I'll never do, but there are way too many I can and want to do that I won't remember unless I make my own list and keep up with what I've done for each badge.
