Patreon, original art, stuff
Jan. 10th, 2018 03:36 pmI mentioned this on twitter but I don't know if I've mentioned this here but I've been kicking around the idea of creating a Patreon in 2018. I could never decide, though, what I wanted the content to be. Sequential art? Did I want to create comics? But sequential art is very difficult for me (which is sad considering how much of it I consume).
But while I was in the shower this morning I had an epiphany about what I want to do. Illustration fiction, queer erotic art (the story itself isn't necessarily erotica but uhhhh definitely some parts will be) and a storyline that ties in with most of my characters without giving everything away for everyone (FOR EXAMPLE, Josh and the hooded man make an appearance but their storyline isn't part of the main storyline and will probably be extra content).
The only problem is that the characters that are kind of focused on (I mean kind of because while their story is the thread, the narrative will expand to other characters, such as the Allseer and the Friend to All Cats) remind me so much of Ryo and Akira, which is annoying since I came of up with these characters in March of 2016. :\
ANYWAY. Here's some characters that will definitely be in it. These three are in a happy, if occasionally contentious, poly relationship. :3
The Green King, oft worshiped by humans. This worship is more a form of manipulation and domination, and there really isn't any good that comes from worshiping him. Still, they come.
I don't have a title for her yet but though she looks like her, she's not Medusa, haha. She has a strong distaste for humans, including the MC, and is a direct threat to them.
My boozy Crow spirit! Dislikes humans but doesn't do anything to harm them.
While all of these are traditional, I would probably focus mostly on digital (although definitely some traditional work would make its way in!).
