Teen Wolf is gearing up again, which means Teen Wolf fandom is gearing up again, which means I'll be double checking my blacklists on tumblr. And maybe downloading tweetdeck so I can block hashtags on twitter. I swear, Teen Wolf is the second fandom that made me hate a ship. (The first was ATLA. Damn you, fandom! Damn you)

Anyway gosh, it's amazing how much I loved this show and fandom when it first started and and it's amazing how much I fucking hate it now.



How do people get off work and then go home and create things? I am so tired. I'm just going to read comforting fic and not think about work tomorrow. ;3; But I promise, I promise (to myself) that I'll start being more prolific. Tomorrow.

Ugh. I feel like since fandom moved across to Tumblr, the dog-piling and bashing and hate (whether it be for ships, actors, creators, each other) has just gotten out of control. The immature toddler tantruming and over-dramatics are enough to make anyone want to run away.

And in a way it reminds me of how bullies operate. They put down everyone else in order to elevate themselves. And if they're not happy, no one else should be either. :b

Oh yes, bullying has definitely gotten worse on tumblr! That's the first place I ever got death threats and suicide encouragement, simple for writing Derek/Scott fic. :D :D :'D I think it's because there's no individual community space, all the tags go to the same place and encompass everything, like a huge melting pot. And I guess some people just can't handle seeing ships they don't like lmao.
