nansliceBarnes & Noble has a Manga Mondays thing where they put a few volumes of manga on sale so even though I'm waiting until my income tax to do any manga hauls (and even then I'm waiting until I pay off things before buying anything fun), I had to take advantage of the sale to preorder Nameless Asterism. It's another school aged yuri title, which apparently is my new thing (I would love some adult yuri, and not adult as in porn but adult as in "these characters are adults" but honestly crushes and firsts are my jam and that stuff tends to happen to younger characters, I guess, so I take what I can get!).
The kittens got spayed last week and today I had both therapy and a doctor's appointment; when I set these up it seemed like a good idea to have them both on the same day but I woke up this morning feeling anxious about it so way to go, me. :\ But my blood pressure was 122/76 so apparently I wasn't that anxious, haha. I also suffered from a pretty intense migraine on Thursday that had me bedridden for most of the day (missing work! NO!) so it's been a pretty tiring week and my days off weren't super relaxing either. Oh well!
I'm currently working on a Promptis piece (it was going so well until I added color, boo) but after I finish it,imperion and I are going to ignore the antis of Fire Emblem fandom and write/draw Corriander stuff! I want to draw creepy possessive!Xander because look, creepy possessive characters are my jam, what can I say. But Fire Emblem seems to be a trashcan fandom with lots of ship hate so it's going to be interesting! I've gotten anon hate on tumblr before but it's been a while. We'll see how that goes. |3
