I'm feeling very dissatisfied and angry today. Just an overall sense of unhappiness. I hate when I feel like this, when every sound is a thunderbolt and every irritant is a mountain rather than a molehill. Augh. And this is my only day off, thanks a lot brain for ruining it for me!

I think it's because I never feel like I am alone anymore and this is killing me.

I ended up just shutting myself up in my studio and working on creative endeavors, which was very helpful to my mood, haha.

Oh jeez, I know this feeling. You have all my sympathies. The only words I can ever find to describe it when it starts happening is that the world's become sandpaper--even the simplest things suddenly feel so harsh and rough and unpleasant. :/ I hope you get some more time to yourself soon.
